I will ask you questions about your medical history, family history, and personal lifestyle via email. If required, I may ask you to fill out the food and fluid diary and calculate your BMI and waist circumference.
I will then recommend ways that you can fill the gaps and reduce the nutritional “overloads” in your diet. If you prefer, I could book you for a one on one consultation session, at a fee, and schedule review sessions to check on your health progress.
